Sign in without a password

Signing in with a code or a link from an email, what to do if no email comes, and how to sign in on another phone or computer.

An open envelope with a yellow slip of six empty boxes, and a key beside it, cut from painted paper.

On Pyssly you have no password. Instead, we send an email with a code and a link every time you sign in. Anyone who can get into your email can sign in to your account, so keep it safe.

The first time: register

  1. Write your address

Go to Register, write your email address and press Register.

  2. Confirm it

Open the email, press the link and then Confirm the email address. The link works once, for 24 hours. Only then is the account created.

  3. Sign in the first time

Now we send a new email, with a code that signs you in. Read on below.

The code or the link

When you sign in, you write your address on Sign in and press Send a sign-in code. The email has two ways in, and you choose whichever is easiest:

The code and the link work once, for 15 minutes. After that you stay signed in for 30 days, or until you sign out.

Has no email arrived?

The check against robots

While you write the address, a crayon checks that you are not a robot: it says The crayon is checking you are not a robot … and then Done!. It usually takes only a second, and you do not need to do anything. If it says the check did not work, press Try again. If that does not help, reload the page or try another browser.

On another phone or computer

Sign in the same way there, with the same address. You can be signed in in several places at once. Under Sign-ins in your account you can see where you are signed in, and press Sign out next to a device you do not recognise, or Sign out everywhere but here.

If it does not work
