The robot maze
Some robots don’t read the sign. Here you can watch them wander a maze that never ends.

How it works
Every website has a file called robots.txt, a sign that says which parts robots may read. Polite robots do as it says and never come here.
Robots that ignore the sign end up in a maze that never ends. There we keep an eye on them: what they are called, where they come from and how they behave. What we learn helps us recognise them next time. Everything we know about them is on their cards.
