How Pyssly's crayons work

What a crayon gets you, how many you get free, how to get more and how buying works.

A yellow crayon box with crayons in it, and a blank calendar page beside it, cut from painted paper.

Crayons are what you draw with on Pyssly. One crayon draws one picture, so 2 suggestions cost 2 crayons and 4 suggestions cost 4 crayons. You always have a single number of crayons, and it is shown on the crayon box at the top right.

Free crayons

If you do not have enough crayons right now, new ones come within a day. The pictures in the gallery cost no crayons at all to print.

Buying crayons

If you want to draw more, an adult can buy crayons in the shop, in kronor or euro. There are 3 packages, and the bigger the package, the less each crayon costs:

Before paying, the adult ticks three boxes:

  1. that they are 18 or older,
  2. that they have read the terms and accept them,
  3. that the crayons are delivered at once and that the right of withdrawal is then lost, since they can be used straight away.

Then they pay at Stripe, and the crayons arrive when the payment is done. The receipt comes by email, and under Purchases on your account you can have it sent again. What applies is set out in the terms.

Where did the crayons go?

Under Crayons on your account you can see every time you have got or used crayons, newest first. A picture that could not be drawn gives its crayons back. A picture you delete, on the other hand, gives no crayons back.

Do your crayons not add up, after a purchase for example? Write to us and we will look into it.
