The service

Pyssly lets you describe a picture in your own words and get it drawn as a colouring page to print. The service is run by Adinosaur AB (company registration number 559352-9364), the company behind 2Fivers. It is new and will change while we build it.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 to have an account of your own. Younger children draw with an adult's.
• You register by confirming your email address, and then sign in with a code or link that we send there. Anyone who can get into your email can therefore sign in, so protect it.
• By registering you accept these terms.

Crayons

Drawing costs crayons, one crayon a picture. Every account gets 30 crayons to start with and 4 new ones every day, up to 20. Bought crayons count too, so whoever has 20 or more gets no new ones until they have fewer. The pictures cost us money to draw, so we may change how many crayons we hand out.

• If we choose one of your pictures for the gallery, you get 10 crayons, once a picture.
• If you invite a friend with your link, and your friend registers and draws their first picture, you both get 20 crayons. You get crayons for up to 5 friends in 30 days, your friend always. Invitations are for real friends: crayons for accounts made only for the crayons we may take back.

Buying crayons

• Anyone 18 or older can buy more crayons in the shop. We sell to customers anywhere in the EU. Prices are in Swedish kronor or in euro, as you choose, Swedish VAT included. You pay by card at Stripe, and the receipt comes by email. Money paid back goes back in the currency you paid in. The seller is Adinosaur AB.
• Every purchase comes with crayons on top. The first comes with half as many again, as a thank-you for trying the shop: 45, 150 or 375 instead of 30, 100 or 250. Every purchase after it comes with a few more: 48, 160 or 400. The extra crayons count as part of the purchase, also if it is withdrawn from or refunded.
• Bought crayons stay for as long as the account does. They cannot be exchanged for money or moved to another account. When you draw, we take from the crayons you were given first and from the ones you bought last, so that as many bought ones as possible are left if you want to withdraw from the purchase.
• Right of withdrawal: within 14 days of the purchase you can withdraw from it for the bought crayons you have not used. Write to [email protected], and we refund them within 14 days. Crayons you have already used cannot be withdrawn.
• If you delete the account, or we delete it because it has not been used for 24 months, bought crayons go with it and are not refunded. Before we delete an unused account we send a reminder.
• If a purchase is refunded, or the payment is disputed, we take back as many crayons. If they have already been used, they are taken from crayons you buy or get back later.

What you may ask for

This is a service for children and families. Do not ask for pictures that are violent, sexual, hateful, illegal or that mock real people, and not for characters from films, books or games that someone else owns. We can stop a description or a picture that breaks this, and close an account that does it repeatedly.

If you draw from a photo, it may not show children, and only adults who have said yes to it. Only upload photos you have the right to use yourself.

The pictures

• You may print, colour, share and use the pictures you create at home and in school, preschool and after-school care.
• You may not sell them or publish them as a colouring book.
• We may use every picture drawn here, and what you wrote to get it, to train our own AI model. What the model has learnt from them stays in it even if you delete the picture or your account. More about that in the privacy text.
• A picture is shown in the open gallery only if you have allowed it, and then without your description and without anything that shows who made it. You can take the permission back whenever you like.
• Nobody else sees your pictures unless you share them yourself. If you make a private link to a picture, anyone who has the link can see, print and download it, but not what you wrote or that it is yours. The link can be passed on, so only share it with people you choose. You can turn it off whenever you like, and it stops working at once.
• If you send a picture by email through us, the email says it comes from your email address. Only send it to people who want the picture. We send at most 10 such emails a day from one account.
• The pictures are drawn by a computer. Sometimes they turn out wrong or strange, and then you simply ask for a new one.

Liability

We do our best to keep the service working, but we cannot promise that it is always running or that every picture turns out as you imagined. We are not liable for damage caused by the service not working. This does not affect your rights under the law.

Stopping

You can delete your account whenever you like, under Settings in your account. If we shut the service down, we will say so in good time, and refund bought crayons that have not been used.

Changes

If we change the terms so that they become worse for you, we will say so on the site before the change applies.
